Established in July 1996, Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd is a large scale state-owned enterprise of Agricultural division No.8, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC). Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd and Xinjiang Water Saving Irrigation Co., Ltd whose holding company is Tianye group listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997 and Hongkong Stock Exchange in 2006 Feb. respectively.
Covering a wide range of field, such as plastic products, efficient irrigation equipments, chemical product, calcium carbide, foodstuffs, thermoelectricity, mining, building materials, foreign trade, construction and real estate. By the end of 2008, total asset of Tianye Group is 15 billion Yuan RMB, industrial sales revenue 6.7 billion,benefits and tax 1.2 billion, and the increasing rate of all management index is 40 percent or so consecutive years.
