We have taken the ISO9000 as the standard of our quality mangament system, customer first and continuous improvement as our quality policy. We have established customer follow-up as our devolopment strategy. In order to achieve the quality assurance, we have taken SPC and DFMEA as controlling means,8D Method as corrective measure,and MSA as our measuring and analyzing ways.

The whole area of our factory is about 12,000 square meters,and the three-storey workshops covers 5.160 square meters. The vulcanization workshops are set on the first floor,and the admistrative area,trimming department ,packing department are on the second floor, and the third floor is our finished goods warehouse.
Currently, we get 138 sets of domestic and foreign equipment. The whole investment capital is more than 24 million yuan. We have different advanced equipment, including several open rubber mixing mills, closed rubber mixing mill, plate vulcanization machine, sand spraying device, open type press machine, hand punch, material cutting machine, air compressor, rubber cutting machine and centrifugal extractor. Most of the advanced technologies are introduced from Taiwan, Japan or Germany,and many senior technicians from Japan,Taiwan,Shanghai or Tianjin were once invited to give lessons and technical consultation.
