Our factory was established in 1998. It has been the largest manufacturing plant of glass wool and rubber insulation in China since 2006,as well as the largest scales in Asia now. We have 12 large modern automatic production lines, with capacity of 100,000 metric tons of glass wool per year (e.s.12,000 containers per year, 35containers per days), while the second largest manufacturer in China only have two production lines. The key parts and equipments of the production lines were imported from Italy. We use the most advanced technology and equipment in the field to ensure the constant,stable mass production of high quality glass wool and to realize the goal of quality products with competitive price. We have patented technology and formulation for the glass wool of which the rebound property,insulating performance and fire resistance are among the upmost in the world. We have the best, largest, and ell-equipped Lab in China, strictly controlled quality control systems,with testing records to each lot. We are also the only manufacturer that possesses the Automatic Batts Packing machines, which compress batts efficiently and nicely.
Our trademark HUAMEI is the only brand in the field that has been rated as the national famous brand domestically. Currently HUAMEI brand insulation materials takes 75% share of markets in China. Our products are widely employed for use in Buildings and Industrials, including the Bird Nest( Main stadium for 2008 Olympic Games Beijing), and China Pavilion of 2010 World Expo Shanghai,
However only 30% of the producing capacity is committed to domestic market,the remaining is exported to world widely, to more than 80 countries and regions. We were the first Chinese manufacturer that was listed on the list of approved products for Home Insulation Program that issued by DEWHA of Australian Government. The international certification of glass wool insulation we obtained including CE/CN13162 for European market, ASTM for USA market,and T-mark from Sai-global for Australia market, series of ASNZ4859.1 for New Zealand, A1-Fire Resistance,MSDS, and series certification of national level. We offer OEM service for many famous brand of glass wool insulation in the world, and we have good cooperation with the famous brand Owens Corning from USA.
