Mudanjiang North Alloy Tools Co.,Ltd. is subordinate to Heilongjiang North Tools Co. Ltd., China South Industries Group Corporation. Established in 1953, we are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in domestic.
The company is located in the center of Mudanjiang, a famous tourist city in north of China. The city closes to Suifenhe, a Sino-Russia trade port, and Jingpo Lake, a summer resort. The company enjoys convenient condition in highway, railway and air transportation. We have 160 employees, and our workshop cover more than 8,000 square meters. And we own more than 280 sets of advanced equipments from home and abroad, including spraying granulator, cold isostatic press, 1,000 ton oil press, full automatic powder press, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace, American AVS pressure sintering furnace, ball lapping machine, etc..
The company passed ISO9001：1994 quality system certification in 1997, and passed ISO9001：2000 edition transfer certification in 2002. It has National Second-class Metering Inspection Qualification. In 1986, the company joined in CTIA, and it is director unit of Cemented Carbide Branch.
Give full play to our military industrial technology and resource advantage, we established tungsten material R&D center in domestic firstly. The R&D center carry out projects cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science & Technology and other university and research institute. We specialized in research and development of new materials, new process and new technology. It provides assurance to high density tungsten alloy products use in scientific research and production of national defence industry. Meanwhile, the company took charge in compiling Military Industry Standard WJ2605-2002 <Specification for tungsten alloy ball used in prefabricated fragment ammunition>. And it took part in National Military Standard GJB3793-99 <Specification for military use tungsten alloy ball>. Some achievements in scientific research were awarded as State or Ministry Science Progress Award. In 2006, the company listed as “High-Tech Enterprise” by Bureau of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province.
