Hebei Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Group is located around 500m to the east of the Beijing-Shanghai expressway CangZhou exit. The group maintains five subsidiary companies, including Hebei Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Litonglian Seamless Pipe Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Xinyuantai Warehousing & Transportation Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Litonglian Warehousing & Transportation Co., Ltd., and the newly established Kingruiman (Beijing) International Investment Co., Ltd.

The group covers an area of 350,000 square meters, with a staff of nearly 830 people, mainly engaging in producing ERW steel pipes,LSAW steel pipe , SSAW steel pipes and SMLESS pipes for low to high-pressure hydropower station and oil field etc. The group''s annual production capacity is 500,000 metric ton and yearly turnover is more than 478 million US Dollars. The annual storing and transportation ability of the two warehousing & transportation subsidiaries is 1,500,000 metric ton.
Thanks to strict quality control policy and scientific management system, the group has successively obtained such certificates as ISO9001:2000 International Quality System, API Spec 5L & API Spec 5CT Monogram certificates, OHMS18001:1999 certificate, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System and Hebei Provincial Non-pollution Manufacturing Performance Program.
