Pre-contract, according to the actual situation, the company sent technicians to customers or communicate to design selection for the user to choose the most suitable equipment. Provided free of charge to the equipment and technology, process, layout, and other technical consulting and system design; provide all the drawings required for the design and data.
After-sales Service-Installation
ZG service ensures correct installation and commissioning for optimum performance by trained technicians. Correct installation is essential for optimum equipment performance. You will most likely not even notice that anything is amiss, but it could mean that equipments wear out prematurely or money simply slips through your fingers as wasted energy.
ZG service ensures that this will not happen. During installation, 1-2 experienced engineering and technical personnel will be sent for the site representative for technical tests and installation instructions free of charge; processing the various problems arising in the course timely while installing.
ZG offers a commissioning agreement that specifies each single service task to be performed and the products covered, thus showing our commitment to a correct installation process. During commissioning the equipment of our company, if necessary ,the operation engineers will be sent to be involved in commissioning or remote management, ensure that the equipments in good running condition.
