Purely industrial in nature, TSA started in 1973 as a manufacturer of gear shaper cutters. From then on, the company started an ongoing growth as a manufacturer of a wide range of special gear cutting tools, offering customers high quality and precision products. Our headquarters are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. TSA bases its growth on the continuous incorporation of state-of-the-art technology and the constant training of its specialized staff. TSA controls every process in its own facilities, not depending on external sources. This ensures the quality and trustworthiness in each step of the production of our precision tools. We start with our own vacuum heat treatment, followed by our 6-axis CNC grinding centers and our in-house PVD coatings system. These features allow us to keep our delivery commitments and reduce lead times if necessary. Each tool produced is inspected in our Klingelnberg CNC dimensional control machines. All of our products are supplied with a dimensional control certificate. TSA is an ISO 9001 certificated company. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, our customers are among the most prestigious gear and transmissions manufacturers in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, the USA, Spain, the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, China and Korea.
