The headquarters of Shandong Sanxin Aluminium Co., Ltd. is in Chiping, Shandong Province. Our company has two plants in Chiping and Guanxian respectively. Chiping factory is located in Xinfa Industrial Park, covering an area of 218 acres. Our annual production capacity is 30,000 tons. Our main business is the deep processing of aluminum-magnesium alloy. Our factory mainly produces engine parts, including engine covers, cylinders, high voltage power distribution parts and other body casting parts. Chiping factory has been put into operation in two blank lines: lost foam cast aluminum production line and precision casting production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons. Our factory in Guanxian covers an area of 150 acres, with a total investment of 140 million RMB and an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. Our main products are iron and steel castings. Our factory has launched three production lines: lost foam cast iron production lines, with annual production capacity of 5,000 tons; lost foam casting steel production lines, with annual production capacity of 10,000 tons and V method casting production lines, with annual production capacity of 5,000 tons. Our total production capacity has reached 20,000 tons. Our company has an R and D center which is responsible for the processing of metallic materials, technology development, product innovation and new technology transformation. With relevant professionals, our R and D center is mainly engaged in light metal research and development.
