We imported JIT(Just In Time) management & MRP system in 2008, and employed superior production mode, which included to utilize resources reasonably, optimize production method, and applied kanban to comprehensively control materials imports and exports, order production and quality inspection, to aim at the goal that reduce the resources waste, planned the capital, cut down the product cost and improved the quality and the passing rate.
