Based on China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation(Sinopec) ,we  are established in the market competition.
The company's predecessor is Cangzhou Additives Factory of SINOPEC founded in 1995.In November 2004, Cangzhou Xinchang Chemical Co., Ltd.was restructured  from it to response the call of SINOPEC .
After twenty years of constant pursuit and ten years of continuously development, the heroic feelings of staff in Xinchang are brought together !
