We have full fledge QA and Merchandising team based in Chittagong, as well as in house sampling and product development team who handle developments as per customers requirement. We normally make all samples in-house as per customers specification in order to make sure we get all the approvals in 1 shot as well samples till PP are handled by us and
Once the PP is confirmed we further handover the patterns, approved sample to Factory for bulk production so we don't have to back and forth on approvals with the customer (we do this for woven and Knits, where as for sweaters everything is done at the factory right from fit samples to Shipment)
We adopted this system based on our customers request as samples normally used to get approved in 2-3 submits, in order to minimize the work our customers suggest us
