Outback Brewery was established in 2001 and grew to become a supplier of preimum boutique beers, not only Australia wide but also into international markets.
We have a range of 5 beers being, Pale Ale, Pilsner, Black Opal, Country Bitter and our famous Chilli Beer, along with two labels that we produce for third party companies. These include a Lemon Infused and a Lime Infused beer for a company called Zest and a dark, carbonated, non-alcoholic malt based beverage for Ozmalt.
Outback Brewery has enjoyed the benifits of winning several awards at the Australian International Beer Awards, which is the second largest beer judging contest in the world. In 2004 we were awarded a Gold in the specality category, 2006 a Bronze in the specality category and in 2007 we were awarded a bronze for our Pale Ale and another bronze in the specality category.
