Our company was founded for the natural business extension by Mr.Ng , who set up Sky Prosper Plastic & Metal Factory for molding in 1988. With the rapid business growth of the factory, in 1993, he set up Macro Prosper Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. for resource recycle and reuse. Meanwhile, he formed a transportation team for logistic service. In the 2000's, Mr. Ng embarked on a course of diversification, and invested in real estate and hotel industries. He set up YangChang Electronic Ltd., Y& D Electron Science and Technology Co., Ltd., China Cosmos Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Wire and Cable Co. Ltd. to supply electronic part processing and subcontracting service, including PCB and PCB assemblies. Then these companies were engaged in the distribution
