Top-China has successfully gathered a number of outstanding returned overseas talents and formed a strong research team,andset up Nano-tech research centers jointly with the Institute of Applied Chemistry under Chinese Academy of Scienceand Nano-tech Research Center under Shanghai University, mainly engaging in design, development, production and application.
