Nanning Diwangcun Woods Co., Ltd.,was found in 2009, with 950,000 acre of economic eucalyptus forest area and 1350,000 acre of growing stock volume, is a joint venture of a state-owned forest farm -- Liu Wan Forest Farm in Guangxi Autonomous Region. Branch was found in 2011 in Yulin city. The main products are container floor, floor base material, multi-layer plywood, eucalyptus wood veneer.

The company, with the annual production capacity of 100,000 cubic meters of plywood, has the existing staff of about 600 people, management personnel of 40 people, and the technical research & development personnel of 45 people. It has 8 veneer production lines, 4 automatic drying lines, 11 plywood production lines, with annual production of 100 thousand cubic meters in rotary cut veneer, and 100 thousand cubic meters of container flooring plywood.

The company adopts the modern enterprise management that it establishes the relevant technical standard and the management standard like ISO9001, BV, ABS, CCS and FSC/COC. The company also plans to apply for CARB. Import & export qualification has already been permitted for the company.
