Changzhou Modern Fence Co., Ltd. (CMF) is a privately owned manufacturing company that produces and markets polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products, with particular concentration on PVC fences. Our other PVC products include window and door profiles and water and cable pipes. CMF was founded in 1992 by Jigen Xu, the Chairman of our company, in the city of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, to the north of Shanghai. The construction boom of early 1990's brought many PVC startups in the region. CMF is one of the successful manufacturers that withstood the fierce competition in the industry. In the past few years, we have gained phenomenal growth in sales, with an annual growth rate of over 20%.
