About Our Name
The owner was visiting Maui 's famous Black Sands Beach and later that day was walking the shores near Lahaina when he noticed the sun reflection made the sand look as though someone melted silver and poured it on the sand making it look like a silver beach. It made such an impression on the owner that he wanted to use the name Silver Sands of Maui for something and later shortend it to Silversandz because of the experience.
