f. the vineyard: The clayish soil, the excellent exposition to the sun on both sides of the rows and the espalier plantings all contribute to enhance the quality of the Lambrusco grapes. These are local varieties that have an ancient and rich history. The final result is a generous and sparkling wine, like the Emilian people and land.

k. Product: The name of our wines is Suoli Cataldi : natural sparkling red and rosé Lambrusco . Its colours range from ruby to rosy red, its fragrances have a touch of flower and dry fruit, its taste is dry. Suoli Cataldi wines are the ideal combination for the best traditional dishes of Emilia: Parmigiano-Reggiano
gnocco fritto, erbazzone, Emilian cold cuts, pasta and roast meat ; rosè wine can also serve as a great aperitif, vivid and charming.
