Our main products including cotton, cotton/spandex, cotton/polyester/spandex, cotton/polyester/viscose jeans fabric, as well as jeans fabric with special composition such as Tencel, Model, Dralon and so on.
In our fabric mill, we have warp sizing workshop, weaving workshop and finish workshop together over 50,000 square meters, monthly production capacity over 3 million meters. We care much in production quality and introduced most advanced production equipment and materials such as weaving machines and Ammonia mercerizing lines and other machines from Italy, Germany and other countries and also import high quality material such as dyeing materials and other materials. We are able to produce denim fabric with yards of 6s-40s, and fabric weight from 4 - 14.5oz.
Becides the fabric mill, we have our own sewing factory for jeans garments only, with over 536 skillful workers, production capacity over 1.5 million pieces per month. Main products including all kinds jeans garments for men, women, kids, products such as jeans pants, jacket, dress, shirt, skirt and so on. Nearly 90% of our garments are shipped to Europe and America. OEM & ODM orders are provided.
