More than 20 acres in total and over 1000 employees currently, including 20 more managerial personnel and 10 more R&D Engineers , 10 more Electronics Engineers and 20 more Die Manufacturing Divisions.
Well-equipped factory production with 22 sets of mold production equipment ( 4 NC lathe, 4 Linear Cutting, 6 welding machine and 8 CNC ), 25 sets of injection molding machine, paint line 6 ( including two UV automated control line, 20 printing press, 4 ultrasound machine and 4 Welding Machine ), 12 assembly lines and other all kinds of assembly tools which are needed. Currently, the capacity reach to 60 TEUs monthly and stably, and the annual output is roughly from 20 to 40 million US dollars.
