Founded in 1996, being envolved in paint and coating industry, our company is dedicated to sustainable solutions for beautifying the world in a better, safer and healthier way. We supply different industries and worldwide customers with a high-quality and large-scale range of solvent based paint, waterborne resins, water based coatings and waterborne printing inks as well as special adhesives. Our company has significant market positions in the Waterborne Coating sector in China and is well known for our high-quality and standard innovation of products, and excellent customer service in domestic markets. Our company has 3 manufacturing sites, 3 subsidiaries and 11 regional offices in China.

In 1996, JELEE Chemical Industry Enterprise Co., Ltd was established as solvent borne paint factory.
In 2002, we moved to the new manufacturing site in Zhuhai city and started the R&D of water based coatings.
In 2003, the Zhanjiang manufacturing site was built, and production lines of solvent-based paints were moved there.
In 2005, we started to produce water based coatings, and passed the ISO9001:2000 certification.
In 2008, Zhuhai Kaidapeng Industry Co., Ltd was established as painting project contractor. We passed the ISO 14001:2004 certification and started to produce water borne resins.
In 2009, we passed the ISO9001:2008 certification.
In 2010, Shenzhen Waterborne Polymer Material Co., Ltd. was established as an R&D center and domestic service center.
In 2011, Zhuhai Hengqi Yuyi International trading Co., Ltd. was established as a cooperation window with overseas customers.
