In 1984, Kim Pilon opened a workshop-mywoodbox-specialising in making wooden box for industrial purposes in Toronto. A year later, Kim Pilon created the first Humidor and subsequently provided watch winder. By 2000 he had developed the first ever independent photo frame.
Care Pilon took over control of the company in 2002, 2004 saw Mywoodbox introducing the first ever self jewelry box. This technical feat represents a major breakthrough
