THE HISTORY
At the end of XIX century, Mrs. Eugenia Klinger, after visiting TESALIA NATURAL'S SPA in Greece, and impressed by its beauty, decided to rename her property in Machachi, Ecuador TESALIA, since it had several artisan slopes. Few years later, a German visitor, after tasting the water from the springs, exclaimed Guitig, which means excellent, good or kind. Everybody found this expression to be hilarious and funny; so from now on, the word was transformed into Guitig, mainly because it was easier to pronounce. At the beginning, this water was bottled in rudimentary ways and transported in a mule back.
This miracle water comes from the melting snows of the Cotopaxi, Ilinizas and Pasochoa volcanoes located in the Ecuadorian Andes. This water penetrates the earth and through an unknown under ground journey, it recollects several minerals,
