At present, our factory has eight ceramic production lines and four full-automatic resin coated sand production lines, which guarantee the ceramic proppant's annual output reach 280,000MT and the resin coated proppant reach 120,000MT.
Since 2010, our products have been regularly tested by the Reservoir Stimulation Laboratory of RIPED-Langfang PetroChina, Stim-lab, Prop-Tester and Frac-Tech lab, which prove our products have the properties of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high strength and high conductivity.
