Jiangsu Huashen Special Rubber Products Ltd.,with the former name Jiangsu Hualong Rubber Products Co., Ltd., is a member of China Dredging Association, located in 18# Fengtanng Industrial District Baitu town, Jurong city, Jiangsu Province, with superior geographical position and transportation network; 55km to Nanjing Lukou International Airport and 1km apart from the Jurong Danyang exit of G4011 national express. With the development of company, Jiangsu Huashen covers an area of 0.68 million square meters, with staff over 150 and the registered capital up to 56 million RMB.

Jiangsu Huashen is mainly specialized in the huge marine construction delivery rubber hose, such as the regular dredging hose, self-floating discharging hose, suction hose, armored hose, rubber joint and other anti-vibration and sealing rubber products. Based on the high quality and reputation, our clients are covered the world, including the Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd, Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd, Changjiang Dredging Co., Ltd and Tianjin Dredging Harbour Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd of China Communications Construction Company Co.,Ltd as well as the dredging and construction enterprise from Belgium, Holland, Germany, USA and Japan. Moreover, our products are mainly implemented to many large national construction projects, such as the Boyuquan, Caofeidian and Tianjin Port, Shenzhen Port, Shanghai Port, Zhoushan Port, Fangcheng Port, Shantou and some construction projects of foreign countries.

With the accreditation and approval of Shanghai Institute of Rubber Products and all the clients, our products are qualified according to the high-tech equipments and advanced facilities, like one set of 110L internal mixer, two sets of 55L internal mixer, 5 production line of self-floating rubber hose and 10 production line of regular rubber hose with one of NC automatic production line. Adopted by the high productive technology, Our daily production for short hose reach to 30 pcs, and 2-3 pcs of self-floating hose with Φ700. In order to maximize the environment protection, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the influence of product quality from human factors and ensure the high product performance, we are making great effort on the upgrading of facilities, establishing the automatic cooling system of rubber refining workshop and CNC forming devices of rubber hose.

Through the technical cooperation with Qingdao University of Science & Technology (QUST), ZHG enterprise of Switzerland and Shanghai Institute of Rubber Products (SIRP), our technical center is established and authorised as the R&D organization in Zhenjiang city, incorporated by many experts home and abroad, like Liang xingyu-vice director of SIRP, Xin Zhenxiang-dean of QUST and technical experts from ZHG.

Jiangsu Huashen has abtained the ISO9001 Quality System Certification, AAA-Level Good Standardizing Practice Certificate, AAA-Level Certificate of Credit Grade and Certificate For Measurement Conformity.

Assured by our enterprise standardization-Q/321183HLQ-2011,17 patents are declared in progress and 9 thesis are published on the domestical industry conference and magazine. Marine construction used floating delivery rubber hose is accredited as innovative high-tech project of Zhenjiang City, and armored abrasion resistent dredging hose is accredited as patent new product manufactured by SME of Jiangsu Province.
