We engaged planting asparagus from 2002, now we have 2000 Chinese acres for planting asparagus and it will be enlarged to 10000 Chinese acres in 2010. We have the most advanced freezer storage for keeping freshness ,and introduced the full set of the refrigeration equipments from Germany and the full set of automatic choice and cutting equipment from Japan for the asparagus,so the asparagus can be refrigerated for 50 days in the high quality situation, and we can provide a stable the long-term supply and guarantee the quality and the specification’s unification.
