MTC introduced advanced equipment and technology from America, Australia and Sweden for the production of refrigerated and insulated composite panels as well as dry freight composite panels. It mainly uses FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics) sheet as the surface and hard polyurethane foam, XPS foam, waterproof phenolic plywood and plastic honeycomb panels as cores, allbonded together under special process. The advantages of the panels are: light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, ease of repair, glossy appearance and excellent thermal insulation, as well as long life. MTC not only has the capacity in manufacturing composite panels by using full size aluminum and stainless steel sheet as surface sheets, but also can produce colorful composite panels to customers’ requirement. The international patent technology of modulus sections is adapted to the assembly with the advantages of high structural strength, good sealing performance and simpleinstallation.
