Our company now has all the processes of cutting, forging, ring rolling, heat treatment, general and fine machining, physical and chemical test, lettering, and coating, with all the manufacturing equipment. The annual output is 10,000 tons of flanges and 2000 tons of forging parts. The main products of our company include: welding-neck flanges, slip-on flanges, blind flanges, threaded flanges and plate flanges, with specifications from 1/2"(DN15) to 80"(DN2000). We can supply standard flanges mentioned above like DIN, ANSI, BS, JIS, UNI, NS, AS, GB, HB, JB, etc. We can also manufacture special application flanges and forging parts that customers require.
In order to be more competitive in domestic and world market, our company strengthened management and established quality assurance system first in the profession. We have been approved with the audit of ISO9001:2008 and the TUV CERT of Rheinisch-Westfalischer, and obtained DIN50049/EN10204/3.1B according to AD-Merkblatt WO/TRD 100 and PED.
