Advanced facilities includes 22 sets of various kinds of rolling machines, 3 sets of vacuum annealing furnaces with effective maximum length 18.5 meters, 2 sets of vacuum consumable melting furnace with capacity 2 tons each, 2 sets of vacuum consumable melting furnace with capacity 3 tons each, 1 set of extruder of 2000 tons, 1 set of hydraulic press of 3000 tons. We hold complete quality control instruments and devices including metallographic chemical analyzer, gas analyzer for hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, universal tensile testing machine, pressure testing machine, hydrostatic testing machine, hardness tester, eddy current testing machine and ultrasonic testing machine.
