The Zhangjing Pressure Vessel Company of Wuxi, Jiangsu, established in early 1970s', is a manufacturer of high standard pressure vessels and also engineers pressure vessels solution portfolio. We have more than forty years of pressure vessel manufacturing history and passed the national pressure vessel manufacture lisence since 1993. The company has the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification and quality certification of The International Certification Network (IQNet) since 1999. We also hold manufacturing qualification of type I, type II and type III pressure vessels of special equipment and "U" Certificate of ASME construction code.
We have a complete quality assurance (QA) system to assure projects comply with national pressure vessel standard and ASME code. We provide ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) construction services to custom fabricate pressure vessels, process tanks, heat exchangers, storage tanks and boiler components. We cooperate with chemical, chemical fiber, chlor-alkali, pharmaceutical, food and environmental protection industries customers, continuously develop new product and refine our management. Company is located in Wuxi City, Xishan District Xibei Industrial Park, adjacent to Shuofang airport, Huning, XI Yi and Xicheng high-way, near to all transportation. Company covers an area of 25000 square meters including 15000 square meters of production plant area and 154 square meters of non-destructive-testing exposure room.
Corporate structure has six departments: Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Technology, Testing and Quality control department. Our manufacturing department has carbon steel workshop, stainless steel welding workshop and metalworking workshop. Our Testing department has the welding laboratory, physical and chemical testing room, nondestructive testing room and pressure test laboratory.
